The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), against the Planned Budget as per Schedule of Services, Facilities and Payments (Attachment 3) of the contract documents for”Capacity building of PaRRSA to effectively manage Early Recovery Support to the Conflict affected Zone of KPK and FATA” transferred an amount of Rs 17.950 million on 9th December, 2009 to the account of Director General, PaRRSA for the first year 2009. Due to delayed commencement, the first year of the project was extended upto 31st March, 2010 for utilization of funds only. The PaRRSA, however, utilized an amount of Rs11,003,668/- during year I and carried forward the balance of Rs 6,945,000 to the next year i.e. 2010 starting from 1st April, 2010. The expenditure upto 31st October, 2011 against the total allocation for 03 years is as follows:
